dc.description	- ถือหลอดยาพ่นในแนวตั้ง เขย่าหลอดยาในแนวตั้ง 3-4 ครั้ง - หายใจออกทางปากให้สุดเต็มที่ - ใช้ริมฝีปากอมรอบปากหลอดพ่นยาให้สนิท เงยศรีษะขึ้นเล็กน้อย - หายใจเข้าช้าๆ และลึกๆ ทางปาก พร้อมๆ กับการกดที่พ่นยา 1 ครั้ง - เอาหลอดพ่นยาออกจากปาก หุบริมฝีปากให้สนิท กลั้นหายใจประมาณ 10 วินาที หรือให้นานที่สุดเท่าที่จะทำได้ - ผ่อนลมหายใจออกทางปากหรือจมูกช้าๆ - กรณีที่ต้องพ่นยาอีกครั้ง ควรเว้นระยะห่างจากครั้งแรกอย่างน้อย 1-2 นาที - หลังจากใช้เสร็จ ควรทำความสะอาดปากหลอดพ่นด้วยน้ำสะอาด เช็ดด้วยกระดาษ ซับให้แห้ง ปิดฝาครอบให้เรียบร้อย - หลังพ่นยาเสร็จเรียบร้อย กลั้วในปากและคอด้วยน้ำสะอาด ดูวีดีโอแนะนำการใช้ยาที่ลิ้งค์ด้านล่าง ...	th
